What comes to your mind, when you think of perfect summer foundation?
Fore me it’s protection. As high SPF as possible and an easy to use.
My perfect summer foundation is sisley– PHYTO-BLANC LE CUSHION. It’s lightweight but buildable. It gives skin a dewy finish, but doesn’t emphasise pores and wrinkles. It’s SPF50/ PA+++ and 100% mineral filer with optimal tolerance. And as it’s sisley, of course there is a lot of great skincare ingredients. This foundation is perfection- except the price and a shade range. It costs 105 euros and it has 5 shades- which are mostly light coloured.
For those days and evenings when you need more coverage- sisley PHYTO-TEINT ULTRA ÉCLAT comes to help. It feels great on the skin. It’s oil free and long lasting. Gives dewy finish without emphasising pores and wrinkles. And somehow this foundation looks better on the skin when day goes by. Great skincare ingredients. Cons for this foundation- price and tricky shade range. Even this is cheaper foundation than previous one. It’s still 74,50 euros. And it’s tricky to find your shade. There is definitely a must visit to sisley counter to find the right shade.
For perfect skin days, when you don’t want to cover your skin- Chanel Les Beiges Eau de teint is the perfect choice. It’s moisturising and gives a nice glow. Made up to 75% of water. Price: 62 euros
You may ask, why am I choosing such an expensive foundations. I would say- I love my skin and I wish it the best. I love it to have all the great skincare ingredients and support. Also age is a part 🙂
