Maybe you have a bit tired of this name- minimalism, as at the moment it’s everywhere. You may think, that I have chosen this style as it’s hot at the moment. But it’s not story about me.
I have always been person who in fashion chooses items which seems true for me, not items which are trendy. Ok, maybe sometimes 🙂 As I also like to play with fashion and try something new now and then. But mostly I now stick to my purchase wish list, which are filled with items which I really need.
But minimalism has won me over, because it just fits like glove for my personality- which is quite anxious one. So minimalism gives me that calm and order, what helps me feel happy and balanced.

Why finding style in fashion and interior is important?
First, because it could save you a lot of money. But to get there, we would need to understand what style is.
You may think that style, is that pink cardigan about what you can’t stop thinking about, BUT to be sure, you would need to ask, do I want that cardigan because it looks great on me and I feel great when wearing it. Or I want that cardigan because I saw person X wearing it.
Our style is about items which we wear the most and in which we feel the best. It could be sometimes quite borring items, but those which we pick day after day and we feel like us.
The same goes for interior design. We may ask, do I really need that chair what looked great in that persons interior? Would I feel comfortable with that item in my house? Does that item feels like me?
Also with interior- it’s important to understand, how you want to feel in certain rooms. Like- in living room- I want to feel calm, relaxed- so I choose light, calming colours. In office space- I want to feel energetic- so could add more bright colours there for that.
And remember often items which we like, are not necessarily items that we really need- both in in fashion and interior.
